Pre-Conference Workshop
2007 PINNACLE Users Conference

In an effort to prepare new PINNACLE users for the overall conference sessions, we are offering a Pre-Conference Workshop at no additional charge on Tuesday, April 24, 2007. Through lectures and corresponding lab station demonstrations, our expert PINNACLE Product and Project Consultants will guide new PINNACLE users through Cost Manager and Operations Manager. The Pre-Conference Workshop is split into two sessions:

Morning Session:
The Morning Session will cover a conceptual understanding of PINNACLE Cost Manager and Operations Manager, including:

»   General PINNACLE navigation
     »   Menu / toolbar icons
     »   Function keys
     »   Profile windows
»   Basic searching
»   User access, menus, and windows
»   Report destinations

9:00 AM – 10:15 AM Lecture
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM Break
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Lab
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM Wrap-Up



Afternoon Session:
The Afternoon Session will cover more specific functions of PINNACLE Cost Manager and Operations Manager, including:

»   Creating and managing subscribers
»   Assigning services to subscribers
»   Associating charges to subscribers
»   Managing accounting overrides
»   Defining rate schedules for MRC and OCC charges
»   Interdependencies in PINNACLE
