With its origins in the philosophy of nondualism, Not Two Press came into being as a way to offer WHO YOU ARE and other titles to readers without the delays associated with locating a publisher and then contending with editors who would insist upon a proper format.

Other titles may be forthcoming. The next will probably be a large collection of quotations tentatively titled The Ultimate Mystery: A Book of Clues. This book made the round of publishers a few years ago and received the same responses enjoyed by nearly all books of quotations. Happily, Not Two Press has shown a keen interest in the book.

From time to time, people ask me to recommend books for them to read. This is a challenge because of the perpetual temptation to suggest that they read portions of many books rather than only one book all the way through.

If only there was a single, simple book that incorporated many of the ideas that seem to me to be most important. Maybe I should just write the sort of book I would want to recommend.

Well, that's what happened. Now I'm just waiting for someone to ask me to suggest a book.

Joseph Kloss has been a student of “whatever this is” since 1970. He currently resides in Rochester, NY with his family and works as an acute care physical therapist in a local hospital. WHO YOU ARE is the first book to be published, but there are others near the surface.
